Five steps, documented at every one.
Most roofing disputes aren't about the shingles. They're about what was promised and when. So every stage here ends with something you can hold on to.
Inspection
We fly the roof and get in the attic. Photos of every elevation, the flashing, the penetrations, and the underside of the decking — because a leak rarely shows up where the water comes in.
Nothing yet. Just the truth about the roof.
Condition report
You get a photographed report by elevation, with the age of the current system, what's failing, and what's fine for another five years. If a repair is the honest answer, we say so and we'll do it.
PDF report, emailed before we leave the drive.
Written estimate
A line-item scope: materials, quantities, decking repairs priced per sheet, ventilation, and labour. Fixed, dated, and good for 30 days — never a number that changes if you wait a week.
Signed scope with a start window, not a guess.
Install
Our own crew, the same faces every morning. Magnet sweep of the yard twice a day, a tarp-covered landscape line, and a photo update to your phone at the end of each day.
Daily site notes and a tidy driveway at 6pm.
Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the perimeter with you, register the manufacturer warranty, and hand over the workmanship certificate. Insurance documentation goes out the same week if the job was a claim.
25-year workmanship certificate, registered.
If it's a claim, we sit in the meeting with you.
We photograph the damage before the adjuster arrives, write the scope in the language carriers actually use, and meet them on your roof. Most of our storm jobs are approved on the first pass — and if the carrier short-cuts the scope, we tell you plainly what's missing.
