Roofing Systems
Slate, metal, and composite shingle installs with full tear-off and underlayment.
We strip back to the deck and rebuild the assembly properly — ice-and-water shield at the eaves, synthetic underlayment, balanced intake and exhaust ventilation, and step flashing reworked at every wall and valley. If the decking is soft, you'll see it in the estimate before we touch it, not after.

Siding & Trim
Fiber-cement and engineered wood siding, gutters, and architectural trim detail.
Siding fails at the details, not the field. We flash and counter-flash the corners, sill pans under every window, and leave an expansion gap so the panels don't oil-can in July. Cornice and fascia get replaced, not patched, and the gutter line is re-graded to actually carry water away from the foundation.

Full-envelope upgrades — windows, doors, and insulation in one coordinated scope.
One crew, one schedule, one point of contact. When the roof, the walls, and the openings are priced together, the seams get detailed instead of argued over. We sequence the work so the house is never left open overnight, and we air-seal behind every new opening while it's accessible.
